Get ready to train like an athlete. Our dry land program is built to develop total
performance—combining strength, speed, agility, and focus into every session. This isn’t just a workout—it’s where athletes build the foundation to compete at the next level.
This is an 8-week, 16-session program designed to deliver real results through consistent, progressive training.
- Strength Training – build power, control, and stability
- Speed & Agility – quick feet, faster reactions, sharper movement
- Conditioning Circuits – improve endurance and overall fitness
- Focus & Discipline Training – mental toughness and confidence
- Body Control & Mobility – balance, flexibility, and injury prevention
Athletes can expect a high-energy environment that pushes them to improve while still keeping it fun, supportive, and team-driven. Every workout is structured to help athletes grow stronger, move better, and gain confidence in their abilities.

This camp is intended for athletes going into 4th grade through high school.
Participants can come from any background (you do not need to be a hockey player).

Monday & Wednesday evenings in July and August.

Program Times
Mondays and Wednesdays for 1.5 hours.
We estimate the times will be 5pm-630pm and 630pm-8pm, but this may vary depending on the number of participants.
