Clothing Order Hand Out is scheduled for both arenas!!!

RLS West at Paynesville:
5:00 – 6:30 pm
RLS East at Richmond:
6:30 – 8:00 pm
Please remember that only orders that were placed by November 22nd and paid in full at the time of order were processed. If you have not paid for your order, your order was not processed unless special arrangements were made directly with Jeff Melby of DW Sports, Inc.
All orders must be signed for verifying that they were picked and compared to the corresponding invoice with the order.
The best option for picking up your order is to make arrangements to be at your home rink at the times specified above. If you are unable to pick up your order during the above specified times and locations, you must contact Jeff Melby of DW Sports, Inc. at (320) 262-6011. Options include:
1. Authorizing another hockey parent to pick-up your order. You must contact Jeff at (320) 262-6011 authorizing someone else to pick up your order no later than 3:00 pm on Tuesday, December 22nd. If Jeff is not available, please leave all pertinent information in a voicemail along with a contact phone number. Orders will not be handed out to hockey players—no exceptions.
2. Rescheduling pick-up of your order. You may be able to reschedule your order pick-up directly with Jeff Melby. Again, please contact him at (320)262-6011 to arrange pick up, which is subject to availability.
3. Pick up at Play It Again in Willmar on Thursday, December 24th. Hours for the holiday are 10:00 am until 3:00 pm.
DW Sports, Inc. will offer a return policy or size exchange on all products with the exception of personalized clothing. The return window begins on Tuesday, December 22nd whether you pick up your order on that date or not. Due to the holidays, the last date to return orders is January 5th, 2010. NO REFUNDS ON PERSONALIZED PRODUCT.
If any item on your order is backordered, you will be contacted by Jeff Melby directly to make arrangements.
