Board
River Lakes Hockey East is governed by a formal set of bylaws established by the board. The RLH board currently consists of five voting members who have or have had in the past, skaters in the association. All association members are eligible to run for open board positions as they become available. The board has monthly meetings currently on the second Monday of each month. USA Hockey and Minnesota Hockey govern our association. Youth teams within the association compete on the following levels: "A," "B," or "C."
River Lakes East Board Meetings
The Board meets every second Monday of the month. Meetings are held in Cold Spring at the American Legion in the back room or at the Richmond Civic Arena.
